My Approach
Meditation is for everyone, and you don’t need to be an expert to start. I have been practicing for over 10 years using both focussed and mindfulness meditation styles.
I'm interested in helping people reach a truly enriching experience that can boost mood, increase self-esteem, improve level of focus and concentration. Meditation helps us tune into our inner peace. It can help us deal with life's turbulent challenges, as well as open our heart to the depths of our truly loving heart.

Since 2019 I’ve been studying Essenian Healing. This form of holistic healing was founded in Egypt, and incorporates the use of meditation, energy healing and sound healing. I occasionally reference these principles in my work. In 2022 I paired with UK fitness app 'WithU' to share my guided meditations. Download here.

I deeply believe in the words of Chinese philosopher Lao Tzu - “the journey of a thousand miles begins with one step".
